Stems of ripe red berries, creamy blossoms and fresh green leaves twine across the surface of this charming crewel needlecase and strawberry shaped pincushion.

Wool and silk threads, plus silk ribbon, are stitched onto cream evenweave linen and felted wool fabric is used to create the sepals on the pincushion.

The needlecase opens to reveal a felted needle keep and scissor pocket.
