Description
This colourful butterfly can be found in the southern parts of Cambodia and south-east Asia.
It frequents the lower foothills of the Himalayas but has been found at elevations of up to 3,000 metres.
The males mud-puddle to obtain liquid and salts and transfer these to the female during the mating process.
