Description
This striking blue butterfly lives in southern parts of Asia where it can be seen in large groups and often congregates with other butterfly species.
The body of the adult is poisonous to predators because of the plants consumed during the larval stage so it often rests with its wings
open, revealing its subtle blue colouring.
