More about this digital file
Description
Alphonse Mucha, a Czech artist and illustrator, worked in Paris during the Art Nouveau period and is best-known for his graceful and distinctive posters, designed for the theatre and often depicting the actress, Sarah Bernhardt.
Characterised by pastel colours, organic flowing lines and decorative flowers, his superb style has inspired this beautiful heart motif, surrounded by a circlet of golden discs and adorned with stumpwork flowers and leaves.
