Inspired by medieval flowers and insects and embroidered onto ivory satin, this fabulous panel features the bright purple saffron crocus, Crocus sativus, and red clover, Trifolium pratense, accompanied by a glittering jewel beetle, a member of the Buprestidae family, one of the largest known groupings in the beetle world.
