Description
Hungry honeybees gather around pollen grains and gerbera flowers on these delightful needlework accessories, a reminder of the important role these insects play in the food cycles.
Hexagons and squares are embroidered then stitched together to create a multi-faceted pincushion and the etui includes a scissor sheath, wool flannel needlepages and elastic holders for four marking pens or pencils.
Worked onto hard-wearing linen twill, the embroidery combines stranded silk with fine silk floss and rayon sewing thread.
